IMA Record’s flowrapper customers now benefit from IMA Ilapak’s unrivalled service in the UK

In late 2020, Record S.p.A of Italy (Lecco) became part of the IMA Group of companies adding to the Group’s extensive range of flexible packaging solution and automated feeding systems. 

As of May 1st, 2021, Ilapak UK ltd. assumed the responsibility of providing sales and support for the IMA Record equipment portfolio. This includes the utilisation of IMA Ilapak’s unrivalled UK service team who provide expert flowrapping knowledge to support existing and new IMA Record users and facilitating the installation of new Record equipment.

IMA Ilapak UK has increased its spare parts inventory to support Record S.p.A customers with 24/7 cover for spares and service which can be accessed through service level agreements.  IMA Record users will now be able to benefit from IMA Ilapak’s industry leading levels of support.

IMA Ilapak has already established themselves as the preferred supplier to many of the UK’s major food producers and the addition of Record products and services to their extensive range of solutions is seen as a further expansion for a market that becomes ever more reliant on efficient automation with same day service backed up by experts in their industry.
